 1、Inbound Exchange Application Form (Appendix 1)
 2、Study Plan (Appendix 2)(One of the required document for applying VISA)
 3、Visiting or Exchange Student Regulation (Appendix 3)
 4、CV (free format)
 5、Statement of Purpose
 6、Health Certificate (Appendix 4)
(Please provide it if you will stay in Taiwan more than 2 months.)
(Please send the copy of the health certificate in your home country, but it must to prove that you don’t have the diseases or the vaccination sufficient proof.)
 7、Record booklet of vaccine of measles and rubella (please provide it if you will stay in Taiwan more than 2 months)
 8、Copy of student ID card (front and back side)
 9、Copy of Passport
 10、Transcripts from last semester
 11、Passport Photo (jpg format)
 
※Document 6 and 7 can be submitted until receiving the acceptance letter from NYCU.

Scholarships are offered by various organizations listed below.

Applicants must pay attention to different deadlines for scholarships.

Admission applications and scholarship applications are separate, except for scholarships offered by NYCU. Applicants who win any scholarship award are NOT guaranteed a university entrance admission, and vice versa. Also, if applicants are chosen by more than one scholarship, he/she can choose one only.
