Dr. Samuel (Yen Liang) Yin, Chairman of Ruentex Group, visited the International Health Program on January 14, 2019.

Following his visit, Dr. Yin immediately assigned Ruentex Interior Design Inc. to design and build the International Center for Students and Scholars.

The International Center was completed and opened on November 25, 2019, facilitating the internationalization of NYMU School of Medicine.
